Cedar Waxwings: Handsome and Hungry

The Cedar Waxwings: It’s always exciting when I photograph a creature on my “life-list”, which is basically a list (mostly mental) of the wildlife species (or even locations) that I would love to photograph, but have continued to elude me. Today, I photographed some cedar waxwings feeding from a choke berry bush. These birds are devilishly handsome, make some lovely sounds, are extremely social, and have quite interesting feeding habits.
