February 2012 Free Wallpaper Calendar

For the February 2012 FREE desktop wallpaper calendar, I’ve chosen two images that I think everyone will really enjoy. First is one of my favorite recent sunset shots, “Post Sunset Magic”, shot this January in La Jolla, CA. The second is a classic winter resident, “Chickadee in a Tree”.

Hoodeye Eyecup for Glasses
Glasses/Sunglasses have always been a hindrance to photography. The space between your camera and eye allows excess light to enter your field of view. Hoodman has solved the problem by creating an eyecup that blocks nearly all excess light.

Great bokeh in the second shot, really brings out the bird. You must have a great quality lens.

Sonya76 Thanks a lot! I use the Sigma 150-500mm. While it's certainly not the sharpest or fastest lens on the market, it does produce terrific images if you know how to work with it. A great piece of glass for the price.
